This place is incredibly accommodating and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The owner himself was always available if we needed anything at all. The pool is in a nice location for a more private experience. They also have a hot tub and sauna as well. The owner also made me a steak after a joke that I had made when he asked if we were hungry and I said I wanted steak which he replied that if I wanted one then he would make it happen. I will definitely get this place again the next time we are Manila.

I had my credit cards stolen/taken from me and used at this place without my knowledge. When I went back to this Hotel with the police to confront and get the CCTV footage, I requested the aid in returning the charges. I was dealt with a cold response from the reception and owner rejecting the claim since the services was used. They even fact highlighted that they need to spend money to call the IT guy to recover the poorly recorded CCTV footage. I am disturbed by unsupporting monetary reaction contributing to my traumatic experience, and bringing me to lowest point that day.

Amazingly nice people. The owner is great. We arrived at 1 am a bit late and he allowed us to extend our stay until 6 pm which really helped us get the well needed rest and enjoy the place. Would come again and again!
